Terms & Conditions
By registering and accepting Aanana’s Terms and Conditions you confirm that all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party, if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all email will be dealt with in the order received.
All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by Paypal, Aanana will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
Aanana no longer accepts payment by cheque but if you do wish to order by post please send Postal Orders for the full order amount including postage to: Aanana, 74-76 Cannon Lane Pinner HA5 1HR please ensure you include delivery and contact details.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT, Aanana does not operate a price-matching policy.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. Aanana reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Aanana reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Aanana reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
If Aanana is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Aanana will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Please notify Aanana if your UK order which was dispatched by 2nd Class or Tracked Postage has not arrived after 15 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed 'missing' and we can offer a replacement or refund. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Aanana express permission to do so.
Any complaints should be made in writing either by post to: Aanana, 74-76 Cannon Lane Pinner HA5 1HR or by email to email@example.com. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.
Aanana shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Postage and packaging
Standard 2nd Class - Free
Delivery is expected in 5-7 working days from the date of Dispatch. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. If you are not in to receive your order a card should be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office. Please note orders over 2KG may be contacted for additional postage charges and may need to be dispatched via an alternative carrier.
Tracked Service - £4.99 per order
From dispatch, please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is trackable from dispatch to delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order through this insured service. Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office. Please note orders over 2KG may be contacted for additional postage charges and may need to be dispatched via an alternative carrier.
Next Day Delivery Service - £7.99 per order
All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered the following working day by Royal Mail. Orders must be received by 2pm Monday - Thursday to ensure next day delivery.
Unfortunately, this service cannot be guaranteed at any other time. If you request next day delivery Friday - Sunday, on an English Bank Holiday or after 2pm it will be dispatched by next day delivery the next available working day.
Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office. Please note orders over 2KG may be contacted for additional postage charges and may need to be dispatched via an alternative carrier.
Delivery within Europe
Airmail - £2.49 for the first item, each additional item £1.99 .
Delivery is expected in 10 - 28 working days from the date of dispatch.
We dispatch, by landmail, to the following European countries:

- Ireland, Italy
- Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg
- Netherlands, Norway
- Poland, Portugal
- Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Delivery outside Europe - Unfortunately, due to current restrictions within the postal service, we are unable to ship goods to locations outside Europe.
